1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("User" or "you") of the yesb platform and all its services, and yesb ("we", "us", "Platform").

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• Platform: The official yesb website and all associated services.
• Account: The personal profile registered by a user through which platform services are accessed.
• Balance: The total amount of real money (cash) and bonus funds held in the account.
• Bonus Funds: Money granted under promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The total bet amount required to make a bonus withdrawable.
• KYC: The customer identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will be identified as "duplicate accounts" and yesb reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts. Bonuses and winnings earned in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and the associated balance may be withheld.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. You are personally accountable for all activity on your account, even if someone else uses it with or without your permission.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or have lost your password, notify our support team as soon as possible. We will investigate and take the necessary steps. However, yesb will not be liable for any loss resulting from a security breach unless it was caused by a technical fault on our platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

yesb currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. However, first-time withdrawals may require KYC verification, which can cause some delay.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The name on the deposit and withdrawal must match — transactions to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• We reserve the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request for verification of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, yesb reserves the right to verify a user's identity. For this purpose, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawal requests may not be processed if KYC is not completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

yesb offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposit). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses apply only to genuine account holders; bonuses do not apply to affiliate or bot accounts.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; any unused bonus is automatically cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• If a bonus is misused or its terms are violated, the bonus will be forfeited.
• yesb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, data feed issue, or other unavoidable reason, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, yesb offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final; odds cannot be changed after a bet is confirmed. If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino Games

yesb's casino section offers live dealer games, slots, and other games. The games are operated through third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI). Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game's interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yesb:

• Money Laundering: Conducting transactions using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or colluding for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to place bets or play games.
• Hacking & Fraud: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or attempting to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Use of Third-Party Funds: Conducting transactions from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Providing False Information: Using false or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by yesb

yesb may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or the need for investigation.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please fulfil any applicable wagering requirements and withdraw your withdrawable balance. As part of responsible gaming, the option to apply for Self-Exclusion is also available.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

yesb's total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident in question.

12 Changes & Updates

yesb reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove parts of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via an account notification or email.
